Patrick Lima Alex is a Brazilian entrepreneur from Ceará with a solid and innovative track record in the energy, technology, and services sectors. He is the founder of three prominent companies in the market: CSI Locservice, CSI Geradores, and CSI Tech.

With a degree in Law, he also holds a Master’s in Insurance and Finance and an MBA in Business Management. He also studied Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, which broadened his technical and strategic perspective from the very beginning of his entrepreneurial journey.

As CEO of CSI Geradores, a company that has become a benchmark in generator rental across Northern and Northeastern Brazil, Patrick has led high-complexity projects and was a pioneer in adopting sustainable solutions in the sector. CSI Geradores was the first company in Latin America to invest in green hydrogen-powered generators, reinforcing its commitment to innovation and the energy transition. He is also currently leading an ambitious project to convert diesel generators into battery-based systems, aiming to reduce emissions and increase energy efficiency.

CSI Tech, the group’s technology company, was recently acquired by Voke, one of the largest companies in the sector in Brazil, through a successful M&A operation, which further highlights the value created by the solutions developed under Patrick’s leadership.

With over two decades of entrepreneurial experience, Patrick has received several important recognitions, including the SEBRAE Diamond Company Award, the Green Seal from the Chico Mendes Institute, and a tribute from the Brazilian Chamber of Deputies for his contributions to sustainable development and business innovation.

Today, Patrick serves as CEO of CSI Geradores and as a board advisor to several successful companies.
